Getting Started

These are the steps I will take you through to get your 8800 up and running - and doing something.

  1. Things to know
  2. Make sure your power supply is okay
  3. Do a basic system check
  4. Test a memory board
  5. Get a 2SIO or other serial board working
  6. Wire up an RS-232 cable to your PC
  7. Do a serial board test (echo to your PC)
  8. Get an 88-PMC board and an MBL Prom
  9. Load and run one of the basics
  10. Test your memory further
